Responsible Employee Training for All ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏEmployees (TIXREM) :
WHAT:
Responsible Employee training covers sex discrimination and sexual harassment as it
pertains to Title VII, Title IX, VAWA, and the Clery Act. This training instructs
ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏemployees on relevant laws, policies, their obligations, proper response to disclosures,
resources, reporting, resolution processes, and rights of the parties.
WHEN:
This training is required within 30 days of hire and annually thereafter.
WHERE:
There are two ways to complete this training: attend a live training or complete the
online module.
• Live Training - Learners may receive this training live at orientation events or individual departments may request a live training for their employees by contacting the Title IX Coordinator.
• Online Training – An asynchronous module hosted on Canvas, the employee learning platform. See links above.
