Service Delivery & Support

IT supports our clients with technology when and where they need it the most. Help with technology used at ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏis offered via walk-up service desks, phone, concierge support, and special event services, and is also delivered online via live chat, email, and extensive self-help documentation.

(e.g., Epic, clinic technology, patient related issues or requests) should be submitted via one of the following ways.

IT Repair Center

 

  • Our Dell and Apple certified technicians offer professional computer repair services.
  • Certified technicians can perform warranty repairs on Apple, Dell and Microsoft desktops and laptops.
  • These services are accessible to USF's active faculty, staff, and students for their ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏand personal desktop and laptop computers.
  • Hours are Monday-Thursday from 8am - 3pm (appointment required)
  • Located in the main campus library - LIB 117

Walk-Up Service

Walk up service desks are available at multiple convenient locations to help you with:

Saturday: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm
