Compliance with the CHIPS and Science Act of 2022
The ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ Institute of Applied Engineering, Incorporated ("IAE"), in accordance with Section 10632 of the (the "Act"), expressly prohibits any employee or student of IAE who is a "Covered Individual" as defined in Section 10638(1) from being a party to a "Malign Foreign Talent Recruitment Program" as defined in Section 10638(4). Any employee or student of IAE who is a Covered Individual must complete any certification required and provide any information requested by IAE to meet the requirements of the Act.
