Below is an overview of the process to determine if a proposed grant, agreement, or partnership (鈥�FCOC Activities鈥�) with a college or university based in a foreign country of concern (鈥�FCOC鈥�) or with a requires an exemption from the Florida Board of Governors (鈥�BOG鈥�). 黑料网吃瓜爆料must receive an exemption from the BOG prior to entering into any FCOC activity.
