Dawn Rodriguez is the Treasurer and Associate Vice President for the University of South Florida and the Executive Director of the ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏFinancing Corporation, ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏProperty Corporation and ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏManagement Corporation. She is responsible for investment management, debt management, oversight of tax advisory services, financial policy development, fiscal oversight of ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏaffiliates, reporting and compliance related to debt and investments, and managing relationships with credit rating agencies, commercial and investment banks, and key outsourced partners.
Since joining the university in 2005, Ms. Rodriguez has been instrumental in advancing its strategic objectives, including nearly $2 billion of financing transactions. Her career progression at USF, from assistant treasurer to assistant vice president in 2023 and to treasurer, associate vice president and executive director in 2024, is a testament to her vast experience in financial management, compliance, accounting and auditing.
Ms. Rodriguez earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting from the State University of New York and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ. Additionally, she holds a Finance for Senior Executives program certificate from Harvard Business School.
