Lisa works toward a PhD in History with focus in Digital Humanities and she looks forward to combining her undergraduate and graduate education in History with her extensive IT experience to help expand the vital preservation of cultural heritage.

Sarah is pursuing a M.A in World History before 1500 from ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ. Her interests include Digital Archaeology, Public History and Museum Studies.

Angela holds a BA in History (Classical Civilization minor) from the University of Rhode Island and an MA in History - Museum Studies from the University of New Hampshire, Her research interests are clothing and textiles, experimental archaeology, and museum studies. She is pursuing a PhD in History with a focus in Digital Humanities.

Aiden is currently pursuing a B.A degree in Biological Anthropology from the University
of South Florida. His academic focus is centered on the study of skeletal trauma and
pathology. With a passion for osteology and technology, Aiden is dedicated to telling
stories that would otherwise remain untold

Madeleine holds a MA in History from the ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ. Her research interests include the ancient Mediterranean, funerary archaeology, digital archaeology and digital applications in history and cultural heritage.
Ryan Hom
Staff member, PhD student (History)
Ryan holds a MA in History from ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ. His research interests include War and Society in the Ancient World, Classical Reception, and the Pedagogical/Public Facing Applications of the Digital Humanities.
Kevin Gallagher
Staff member, PhD student (History)
Kevin holds a MA and BA in History from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. His research interests are focused on Roman power, concepts of traditional authority, and cultural hybridization in the provinces.
Lourdes Vickers
Staff member, MA Student (History)
Lourdes holds a BA in History and a minor in Creative Writing from the University of South Florida. Her research interests include Greek and Roman Archaeology, digital archaeology, and ancient architecture.
Brontë Phillips
Intern, PhD Student (History)
Brontë holds dual BA degrees in Art History and Humanities & Cultural Studies and obtained an MA in History from the ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ. Her research interests include the illegal trafficking of antiquities, public history, museum studies, conservation and preservation of material culture, and digital archaeology.
Mohammad Shafayet Habib Khan
Intern, PhD Student (History)
Shafayet is currently engaged in doctoral studies, pursuing a Ph.D. in Public History at the ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ. His academic interests encompass historical conservation, military history, and the integration of digital technology within the field of history.

Elissia is pursuing a M.A. in history from the ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ. Her interests are food history and its relation to social identity.
Glorya Blair Senart
Intern, MA Student (Hisytory)
Glorya holds a B.A. degree in History from Liberty University. She is pursuing a M.A. in World History before 1500. Her academic research focuses on the Ancient Egypt and the East. Working with Digital Archaeology and Museums, she hopes to bring ancient women's forgotten or untold stories to a new light through technology.
Amanda Aklan
Intern, MA Student (History)
Amanda, also known as Marnie, is an expert in archaeological fieldwork and specializes in the digital applications of archaeology, including 3D scanning, 3D printing, and photogrammetry. Currently, she is a first-year master’s student at USF, focusing on the digitization of Black cemeteries threatened by climate change and gentrification.
Melissa Abbruzzese
Intern, BA Student (History, Anthropology)
Melissa is a B.A. student in History with a minor in Anthropology at the University of South Florida. Their academic interests are Library Sciences and Archaeology, focusing on Classical and Pre-Columbian civilizations. They work as an Archives Technician at the Museum of Archaeology, Paleontology, and Science
Marlon Koci

Marlon is a second-year PhD student at the Department of Anthropology (USF). He holds an MA degree in Anthropology (UCF) and is focused on bioarchaeological and archaeological studies in Adriatic countries.

Rose Lopez
Volunteer, BA Student (History)
Rose is a senior B.A. student in History with minors in Classic and Anthropology. She is set to pursue M.A.’s in Ancient Religions and Library Sciences. Her research interests involve digital curation, museum work, and religious cultural artifacts. She hopes to use the knowledge she learned to further her career in museum work at her job working with the Ybor City Museum Society.
Emanuel Mazariego

Emanuel Mazariego is currently completing his BA in Anthropology with plans to continue into the Archaeology MA track. He is committed to advancing archaeological methodologies, with a particular emphasis on integrating cutting edge technologies into archaeological practices in Mesoamerica and indigenous cultural heritage sites.
