November 15, 2022 -- As universities across the United States celebrate International Education Week November 14-18, the ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ is being recognized as one of the best in the nation for global engagement among students – both for study abroad programs and international student enrollment. 

October 31, 2022 -- Read more about how Joe Askren, a professor of instruction in the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management on the Sarasota-Manatee campus, partnered with Priscila Veiga dos Santos, a professor of food science at the Universidade Estadual Paulista in São Paulo, Brazil to bring virtual global exchange to his ever-popular Introduction to Beer Science course.

ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ Rises to Its Highest Position Ever in U.S. News & World Report Rankings
September 12, 2022 -- The ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ has hit an all-time high on U.S. News & World Report’s (U.S. News) annual ranking of the best colleges in America.  In the new rankings released today, ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏsits at No. 42 among all public universities and No. 97 among all universities public or private.  This marks the fourth consecutive year that USF has ranked in the top 50 public universities and the first time ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏhas broken into the top 100 among all universities.

Interdisciplinary ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏTeam is Awarded U.S. Embassy Grant for Collaborative Tourism Research in Florida and Serbia
July 27, 2022 -- ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏhospitality and tourism faculty and students will travel to Serbia in the fall of 2022 as part of a $98,000 U.S. Embassy University Partnership grant awarded to an interdisciplinary team of ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏresearchers from the Patel College for Global Sustainability, the School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, the Muma College of Business, and the Access 3D Lab.

March 1, 2022 -- According to the U.S. Department of State, the ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ is tied for seventh nationally for the number of Fulbright scholars for the 2021-2022 period. The ranking, first published by , shows no other Florida university produced more Fulbright scholars than USF. This is the eighth consecutive year that ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏranks among the top university sponsors of Faculty Fulbright Awards nationally.
