What We Do
Individual Counseling
When you participate in short-term individual counseling, you will meet with a trained professional who will help you work through personal, emotional and psychological problems that get in the way of your academic success. In these sessions, a counselor will help you develop your personal wellness goals in a confidential, non-judgmental, and respectful setting. You may work together to recognize strengths and areas for growth, make healthy choices, and develop better coping skills.
We have many programs, including drop-in groups and on-line tools, to help with decreasing stress and anxiety, and to enhance your mood. ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏalso has many fabulous Health and Wellness campus resources to stay mentally well this semester and we encourage you to use them all!
