My approach to therapy: I approach therapy with a deep commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment
where clients can explore their feelings and concerns. My therapeutic approach is
rooted in empathy and a strong foundation in evidence-based practices. I believe in
tailoring therapy to meet each client's unique needs while drawing from modalities
such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),
and Solution-Focused Therapy. I aim to empower individuals to navigate life's challenges,
improve their mental well-being, and foster self-acceptance.
My approach to supervision: In my role as a supervisor, I am dedicated to providing guidance and support to aspiring therapists. My supervision approach reflects my commitment to community building and cultural competence. I prioritize creating a collaborative learning environment where supervisees can develop their therapeutic skills and expand their cultural awareness. I encourage open dialogue, self-reflection, and a focus on ethical practice. My goal is to mentor and nurture the next generation of mental health professionals while promoting diversity and inclusivity in the field.
