This includes tasks such as ensuring the facility is safe, clean, and well-maintained, managing budgets, coordinating repairs, overseeing security, and handling any issues related to utilities and equipment. Chad is involved in space planning, energy management, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Chad鈥檚 goal is to create a functional, efficient, and comfortable learning environment for students, staff, and visitors.
