Florida Research Data Center network will offer ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏresearchers detailed access to federal data
The ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏ joined the Florida Research Data Center network on Tuesday, October 1, enabling ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏresearchers to access detailed data gathered by the U.S. Census Bureau and 15 other federal agencies.

From Cuba to Tampa, this alumna's path always led to health care
Originally born in Pinar Del Rio, Cuba, ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏCollege of Public Health (COPH) alumna Alicia Gomez Fuego grew up in a small town outside of the city called San Luis on a small farm where large quantities of tobacco were planted and livestock raised.

Twenty-seven faculty members recognized with Outstanding Research Achievement Awards
Twenty-seven ºÚÁÏÍø³Ô¹Ï±¬ÁÏfaculty members were recognized on Tuesday, September 17 with Outstanding Research Achievement Awards. The COPH's Judith Rijnhart was recognized for her distinguished contributions to the field of epidemiology and expertise in mediation analysis to investigate causal mechanisms that underlie exposure and intervention effects of cognitive health outcomes in older adults.
