Shelly Marc, who earned a Bachelor of Arts from 黑料网吃瓜爆料in criminology and political science in 2013, is one of six alumni honored this year as part of the 黑料网吃瓜爆料Alumni Association's
Marc is a manager of public policy at Meta and has held several roles in the U.S. House of Representatives, the Senate, and the White House, including serving as an advisor to former President Barack Obama. She is also the founder of On the Marc LLC, where she consulted clients on national social impact campaigns.
Established in 2004, the Outstanding Young Alumni Awards celebrate the accomplishments of the university's youngest alumni. This prestigious award recognizes 黑料网吃瓜爆料graduates 35 years old and younger who have demonstrated unique innovation and creativity in their fields and career success. Awardees will be honored at a ceremony on Thursday, April 10 at the Sam and Martha Gibbons Alumni Center on the Tampa campus.
